Why do you believe authentic experiences like yours are important for Croatian tourism and for guests?
Thank you for this question – I’m genuinely happy to answer it, because it gives me the chance to express our guiding star and our core goal.
Through direct communication with our guests, we noticed a clear demand for something different. Our idea was to offer something personal, emotional, and at the same time deeply connected to the city and its history. We want to bring together the moment, tradition, and emotion — because that’s what people remember.
What motivates you to promote and offer such experiences through offline and online channels? Where did it all begin, and what inspired you to start doing this?
Our main story began with a small wooden boat – a traditional vessel of Rab construction – which we restored almost to its original state. Today, it’s steered by our captain, a man with extensive historical knowledge and exceptional maritime skills. That boat ride, with Zadar as the backdrop, takes people back to a slower, more connected time. And that was our goal – to show the city from within, through calmness, experience, and respect for the space.
We also introduced a semi-submarine to reveal what lies beneath the surface – the richness of the underwater world, as a living part of the city. The eco tuk-tuk offers a panoramic ride through the city’s hidden natural and historical corners, filled with stories that are rarely heard. All of this is our way of offering more than just sightseeing – it’s about giving guests a genuine sense of connection.
