About the experience

For generations, our family has cultivated land with Mediterranean cultures (olive, fig, grapevine and cherry), and what we have continued and where we see ourselves best is viticulture and olive growing. Every visitor who steps into our winery will have the opportunity to hear the story of us and the origin of wine, and of course try the indigenous varieties of this part of Dalmatia. Visitors to the Birin Winery will not only enjoy top quality wine, but will also find out what grows well in this area, what are the foods that have nourished generations and listen to the story of how the old people of Vodice coexisted with nature. During the tasting, visitors will try: Debit, Maraština, Rosé, Babić, paired with goat and cow cheese, dried figs, anchovies, olive oil and homemade bread.
