About the experience
Would you like to see for yourself the production of world-known Pag cheese and feel the aromas and tastes of the best cheeses made at the most awarded Croatian cheese factory? For the greater part of the year, we are open for individual and group visits to our cheese factory where you will enjoy cheese tasting, learnd more about our factory and Pag cheese, as well as the process of production in its entirety. It includes a visit to our cheese ripening room. And on the upper floor of our factory you will taste selected Gligora cheeses. We also offer a selection of premium Croatian wines, local delicacies and other menus if you decide to try them! In our tasting room there is also projector on which you can watch complete cheese production process - from pasture to ripening.
