About the experience
Three or five Dalmatian wines, a local charcuterie board, and a panorama over the Zadar Channel — all on a hillside vineyard with nine centuries of history behind it. The tasting opens with a chilled rosé, continues with Pošip or the Punta Skala cuvée, and closes with a Plavac Mali - in the three wines tasting. And you can add two more to make the experience complete: Crljenak, Žilavka, Chardonnay or Muškat. Alongside: Drniški pršut, sheep's cheese, Nin šokol, pancetta, and kobasica — or fish pâté and olive tapenade for guests who prefer a coastal pairing. Water and coffee included. The vineyard sits above Petrčane, 300,000 vines across 25 hectares of sun-baked limestone, with views stretching across the Dalmatian islands. Land first gifted by a Croatian king in 1066, lost under communism, and replanted by hand in 2011.
