On the evening of September 15th - Day 2 of Infobip Shift - in collaboration with Shift team, Authland has arranged something that isn't on the official programme but probably should be. A private craft beer tasting and grill dinner at Brewtal Brew Co., one of the most talked-about emerging breweries in Dalmatia, organized exclusively for Shift conference attendees. Brewtal Brew Company was founded just two years ago in Zadar. In that time, it has earned its place on restaurant menus and festival taps across northern Dalmatia . not through marketing, but through an obsessive commitment to bold flavours and a head brewer who treats every batch like a personal challenge. The tasting flight for this evening: → Lager → Saison → Red IPA → NEIPA → Pale Ale → Bourbon Stout aged with Jack Daniel's whiskey Six beers. Each poured with tasting notes and the story behind the recipe. The brewer is there, and he genuinely can't stop talking about beer - in the best possible way. And, while you're working through the flight, Meat Zona Zadar is working the grill. Fire-cooked meat and fish dishes built on Zadar culinary tradition, curated to pair with the beers you're drinking. This is the dinner - included in the evening. Pickup: outside the conference venue, 18:30; while program lasts 18:30 – 20:30. Return transfer: to Zadar city centre, 20:30. After that: Afterparty, hotel, your call. No taxis to organise. No logistics to figure out after a full day of conference. Just show up at 18:30, and the evening takes care of itself. This is a private, capacity-limited event. Spots are reserved for Shift 2026 attendees only.
