There is a version of the Shift conference that ends when the last session does. And then there's this one. On the evening of September 14th — Day 1 of Infobip Shift — a private boat departs Zadar city centre at 18:45. The next two hours are yours: wine, the Zadar Channel, Dalmatian food, music, and the sunset Hitchcock once called the most beautiful in the world. Seen from the water, not the promenade. THE WINE Unlimited wine tastings. Unreal sunset. Unforgettable evening. Cruise into golden hour with the winemakers who actually grow the stuff: real Zadar region varieties, poured as many times as you'd like, alongside Dalmatian bites that'll ruin every other appetizer for you. Then the sun melts into the Adriatic in what might be the best sunset on Earth. Glass in hand, playlist on point, good people around. This is wine o'clock, at sea. Every attendee gets unlimited wine included in the ticket, from authentic, independent winemakers of the Zadar region. Not supermarket labels — wines from the Dalmatian hinterland and island producers growing indigenous varieties in soil shaped by the Adriatic. The kind you won't easily find outside this region. THE FOOD Prosciutto, local cheese, grissini, dried fruit. Classic Dalmatian snacking done properly. THE SETTING The Zadar Channel runs between the city and the island of Ugljan. The boat moves slowly, the light changes. Around 19:30–20:00, the sky does what it's done every evening in Zadar long before Hitchcock noticed. Tourists photograph it from the Riva daily. On this evening, you're watching it from a boat, wine in hand. There's a meaningful difference.
