Our story

Kotari Winery in Polača, near Zadar, is a small, family-run estate focused on organic and natural winemaking. Since 2006, they’ve cultivated native grapes without pesticides, using low-intervention methods to produce expressive, unfiltered wines. Set in the fertile Ravni Kotari region, the winery offers a relaxed, authentic tasting experience that reflects the land, tradition, and passion behind every bottle.
