You can do it easily from the front page - by choosing the type of experience and the destination in Croatia you want. Then you will get the list of great experiences which you can further filter and locate on the map. After selecting the ideal experience, when you want to book, you will click on the booking button on the right side of the service page. This will take you into the booking process - through four steps: selecting a date, selecting a time, entering personal information and sending a booking request to the experience organizer. When you confirm the sending of the inquiry, the experience provider (eg winemaker or hiking tour organizer) confirms on his part and then you receive all the information on the email you left (voucher, date, location, price, mobile phone number of the organizer etc.) Payment of the total figure takes place on the spot - before or after the start of the activity.
The experience is booked when the booking confirmation, coupon, invoice and other important information arrive at your email address, which was entered during the booking process. The organizer of the activity must respond to the booking request within a maximum of 24 hours (although the practice is that this period is much shorter - within 30 minutes), so you will receive an email within this period with information about confirmation of the booking request. We recommend that you also check your email spam folder, so that you do not miss the confirmation. Also, if this option is selected, you will receive booking notification via SMS.
If the provider of the activity for some reason is unable to conduct the experience at the selected time or on the selected date, he can reject the booking request and state the reason for rejection. As an intermediary in the booking process, Authland will try to find an alternative date for the experience and make a booking as soon as possible.
At this time, experiences can be paid on the spot - in cash or by card (if the organizer of the experience has a POS card payment machine). But, if you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org we can arrange for any experience to be paid by bank transfer, by issuing an invoice with the payment information on it. If there is a service on request (personalized tour, activity or other thing to do in Croatia), it is paid by bank transfer, to the bank account number we provide.
If you are looking for a special experience or thing to do that is not offered on Authland, transportation service or accommodation in Croatia, or you have special requests and ideas, you can contact us directly - through the form in the section Custom tours, activities or transportation. If you can't find any experience for the Croatian destination you are looking for, try looking it up among the destinations that are geographically close, since we have selected destinations according to popularity and size criteria and there is a possibility that there is no category with the specific Croatian city or place you are looking for. Alternatively, let us know your request through the Custom tours, activities or transportation, or Help Center. Nonetheless, we're constantly adding new destinations and related local experiences and other things to do to the platform, and it's possible that you'll soon be able to find exactly the one you are looking for.
If you cannot book the experience, there are several possible reasons why you are unable to do so:
i. The experience provider has set the timing conditions of the booking in such a way that there should be several more hours of interval between the moment of sending the request and the start of the experience;
ii.You have selected too few or too many people for a particular experience based on the number set by the service provider;
iii. The date you want to select is blocked by the experience provider or is simply not part of the season in which he provides the experience;
iv. In the meantime, the experience provider has in some way modified the experience data or one or more offers.

During the booking (checkout) process, among the data entered as personal data, you can send a message to the provider of the experience so that he is aware of your needs and desires. Please note that before sending such a message you review what additional options the organizer can provide - on the service page in the Additional features section.
If you have not received the email with the coupon and invoice, please wait a few minutes first and then review the spam folder in your email browser. If the specified email is not there even after a few minutes, you can contact us via the Help Center at authand.com or at the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can always cancel the booked experience, but depending on the conditions set by the experience provider (which can be seen on the page of each service), the consequence may be the impossibility of refunding the advance payment (the deposit) - if such an advance payment is agreed with the provider. If you cancel the booking before the deadline stated in the terms of the refund, the potentially paid advance will be refunded in full. If you cancel after the deadline stated in the terms of the refund, the potentially paid advance will not be refunded. You can cancel the booking directly to the experience provider by calling the phone number for Authland (+385 91 373 9030) or by emailing Authland (email@example.com).
You can change the previously confirmed booking or sent booking request no later than 48 hours before the start of the service. You can do this by phone at +385 91 373 9030 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You are obliged to suggest an alternative date / time and / or number of persons present and / or the content of the experience. The experience provider may voluntarily agree to confirm or reject the proposed change. If the experience provider agrees, Authland will notify you. If the experience provider does not agree, you can accept the service in the form it was before the requested change or - cancel the service. If you cancel the service, the set cancellation conditions apply - potentially the experience provider can keep the advance paid if the cancellation is made after the deadline set in the conditions. In case you change the reservation directly with the experience provider, you are obliged to inform Authland as an intermediary.
Experiences provided by the hosts are private if they indicate it themselves in the title or description of the service, or in the Additional features section.
Each experience provider states which languages they speak - on their experience page, in the Additional features / Languages section. The vast majority of them speak at least English as a foreign language.
We send the precise location of the experience together with the coordinates shown on the map - in a confirmation email after the experience provider confirms the reservation. If he has written additional instructions regarding the arrival, we will communicate them to make it as easy as possible.
Some of our experience organizers offer a free transfer service, and if this is the case, it will be indicated in the Additional features section or in the description of the experience. In this case, you can communicate the details of the transportation with the organizer by phone. Also, if it is a trip organized by a travel agency or tour operator, it is possible that it will include a transfer to and from the location. Regardless of that, in the confirmation email, as well as on the Thank you page for the booking, there is a link to the website of our reliable transfer partner Taxi Lulić where you can book transportation to and from the location in Zadar region. In case of delay, please try to report and explain the situation to the experience provider by calling the phone number provided to you in the confirmation email. The experience provider reserves the right not to conduct the experience if you do not show up on time.
If you do not show up at the location of the experience at all, in case you have previously paid an advance to the experience provider, that amount of money will not be returned to your account, but the experience provider will keep it.
All you have to do is show the experience provider the voucher you received at your email address. It does not have to be printed, but it is enough to show it in digital form from one of the digital devices.
If you somehow do not have a (digital or printed) voucher with you and the experience provider demands it, in that case we ask you to call Authland on +385 91 373 9030 in order to ensure the possibility of consuming it. We will do our best so that there are no problems on this issue. The possibility to consume the experience without the voucher depends on the experience provider and his will and instructions, so the right to consume the experience without the voucher cannot be guaranteed.
If you had a negative experience, please let us know in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org what happened and we will consider such a complaint and contact you within a reasonable time. We certainly note that you try solving the perceived problem immediately on the spot with the experience provider. Please note that Authland is not liable for the omissions of the experience provider in terms of any damage or illegal operation of. Authland is only responsible for services where it is the main organizer of the package deal.
