Saints Hills Winery

Winery

Croatia’s wineries are a testament to the country’s centuries-old vinicultural tradition. Guests can stroll through picturesque vineyards, enjoy guided tastings, and learn about indigenous grape varieties such as Plavac Mali and Pošip. Many wineries also host pairing dinners, live music events, and cultural festivals that celebrate the fusion of wine and Croatian heritage.

Our story

Saints Hills winery, or Vinaria, as we call it, is essentially a story about the tradition, hard work and spirit of the Mediterranean, Croatia, Dalmatia, Istria. Vinaria is an impressive building - a lovingly restored old stone house that had served as a winery even 100 years ago, until its owners decided to embark overseas - on a journey for a better life. But, new life and new reality has been given to Vinaria, as well. Today, it is a place where you will taste top quality wines, produced from the Croatian indigenous grape varieties Plavac mali, Istrian Malvasia and Pošip , in great collaboration with famous French oenologist Michel Rolland. Moreover, you can enjoy magnificent dishes prepared from locally grown ingredients, but in a modern way, by young and creative chefs.

Our unique location

Vinaria will make you realize what the true God-given tranquility is. Surrounded by the natural beauties of the Croatian south, it is historically significant but modern - a true keeper of tradition. The food you will eat here is locally grown, and our best wines are coming from the nearby Dingač appellation - famous vineyard position on a steep seaside of Pelješac, cultivated without machines, with small yields but of a premium quality. The first Croatian wine region with protected origin.
