Embark on an exceptional tasting tour located between the charming villages of Jasenica and Maslenica, right at the foot of the majestic Velebit mountain. Explore the depths of the old mine and learn about the influence of the bura wind on the cuisine of the Zadar region. Start your journey in the old mine, where you will see a small film about the impact of storms to food in this area. Then, start your gourmet trip with brandy of your choice, two excellent paska cheese, two different types of olive oil and a glass white wine of your choice. Enjoy marinated and salted fish, juicy prosciutto, chocolate and pancetta while you explore the flavors of Dalmatia. After, choose a glass of red wine which will complete your experience. For dessert, expect a sumptuous offer: from carob, figs, fig trees to almonds and various others sweet delicacies like arancini and orange.
