Explore the depths of the old mine and learn about the influence of the local wind, bura, on the cuisine of the Zadar region. Start your journey in the old mine, where you will see a small film about how storms impact food in this area. Then, start your gourmet trip with a brandy of your choice, two exquisite types of Pag cheese, two diverse types of olive oil and a glass of white wine of your choice. Indulge in marinated and salted fish, succulent prosciutto, chocolate, and pancetta as you explore the flavors of Dalmatia. Afterwards, select a glass of red wine to complement your experience. For dessert, a sumptuous array awaits: from carob, figs, and fig cake to almonds and various sweet treats like arancini and orange candies.
