Start your journey in the old mine, where you will see a small film about how storms impact food in this area. Then, start your gourmet trip with a brandy of your choice, two exquisite types of Pag cheese, two diverse types of olive oil and a glass of white wine of your choice. Indulge in marinated and salted fish, succulent prosciutto, chocolate, and pancetta as you explore the flavors of Dalmatia. Afterwards, select a glass of red wine to complement your experience. For dessert, a sumptuous array awaits: from carob, figs, and fig cake to almonds and various sweet treats like arancini and orange candies.
