Our story

Join this unique tasting experience at a family estate beneath the mighty Velebit, near Maslenica, where tradition and nature come together through honey and mead. For generations, this local family has been producing honey and mead – a historic drink now presented in a modern way. During the visit, guests will learn about the production process and rich tradition. The tasting includes natural honey, traditional mead, honey-based liqueurs, and a signature sparkling mead – a rare and innovative product. Tastings are complemented with local delicacies such as homemade cheese, prosciutto, pancetta, bread, olive oil, and traditional sweets. For a more complete experience, guests can also enjoy traditional Dalmatian dishes prepared under the bell (“peka”) or on the grill.
