About the experience

Discover the heart of Dalmatia through a hands-on journey that connects you with the land, its traditions, and the rhythm of island life. Taste local products made from aromatic herbs right where they grow, and meet the people behind them, beyond the usual tourist path. After a brief visit to Hvar Town, we head inland. Our first stop is a local beekeeper, where you’ll enjoy a tasting of honey, olive oil, and brandy—all produced on-site using traditional methods. Next is Velo Grablje, a village rich in lavender heritage, before continuing to a family-run lavender farm near Jelsa. Here, you’ll taste herbal products and lavender liqueur, try your hand at lavender harvesting, and experience how natural cosmetics and other handmade goods are created. Along the way, take in panoramic views of stone terraces, villages, UNESCO-listed Stari Grad, and remnants of ancient Greek history. Before returning, we’ll stop above Hvar Town for breathtaking views of the Adriatic. More than a tour, this is a true immersion into the soul of the island.
