The Wine Class is a fun and insightful hour where you’ll taste three local varieties — Žilavka, Blatina, and Trnjak — and learn about Herzegovina’s wine heritage. Your host will guide you through the flavors, history, and traditions, teaching how to use all senses to enjoy each sip. With roots reaching back to Roman times, wine has long been part of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s culture. Discover why these “Imperial wines” remain a treasured part of the region today.
