About the experience
On more than 500 m2 of unique interior in our distillery in Buzet, Istria, visitors can see and experience the entire process of brandy production - from fruit fermentation, through distillation and maceration, to the final labelling and packaging. We have prepared four different packages for you, and it is up to you to choose the one that suits you best. You will taste different brandies and jams, and if desired Cold or Sweet platter. We have an archive where visitors can leave a bottle of brandy with their name or message, for ageing and storage, until the next gathering at the same place.
What exactly is included
- Proffesional personal explaining the process of producing jams and brandies
- Tasting three different brandies
- Tasting three different jams (depending on the offer you choose)
- Cold plate: cheese, salami, sausage, prosciutto, olives, artichokies, bread (depending on the offer)
- Sweet plate : 3 different jams, 6 cookies, 3 different chocolate with olive oil (depending on the offer)
- Our jams are made of nettle, mint, dandelion, sage, elderberry, figs, plums and cornel
- In the selection of our brandies we have traditional Biska, Medenica and Teranino and we also produce brandies made of sage, mint, cornel, carob, olives and almonds, wild pears, wild apples, rose petals, rosehips, forest fruits and herb brandy. We even produce brandy ageing up to three years.

If you think you might have trouble finding the exact location, do not worry. Upon booking confirmation we will deliver exact coordinates to your email address. In your voucher you will receive instructions on how to reach the location correctly, as well (if provided by the host).
