About the experience

This is an experience that will stay with you for a long time. Each of the 7 food courses, inspired by local tradition and made with fresh, regional ingredients, is thoughtfully paired with our wines — 6 in total, plus a liqueur. The tasting is personally presented by one of us — the winemaker — offering a truly intimate and authentic encounter. All ingredients are artisanal and carefully sourced: extra virgin olive oil, cured meats, dried fruits, and more, handcrafted by our family or trusted local producers. A professional enologist will guide you through the story behind each wine, explaining our vinification methods, indigenous grape varieties, and the influence of the unique microclimate and terroir of the Skradin and Šibenik region. It’s a deep dive into our ongoing mission to preserve heritage through every bottle we produce.

Location or meeting point

If you think you might have trouble finding the exact location, do not worry. Upon booking confirmation we will deliver exact coordinates to your email address. In your voucher you will receive instructions on how to reach the location correctly, as well (if provided by the host). Some agencies will let you pick among several pick-up locations or pick you at the specific location of your own choice (e.g. your apartment). This is why they have your phone number and you have theirs - so you can easily arrange this over the phone.
