This tasting offers a rich, balanced experience that unites the terroir of the wines with traditional local dishes. The experience is beautifully complemented by the stunning surroundings of the Morlacco Open Air Museum in Velebit, where visitors can immerse themselves in the region’s cultural heritage and natural beauty. Nestled in this unique setting, the tasting becomes not just a culinary journey but also a celebration of Dalmatian history and landscape.

What exactly is included

Rosé – A dry, fresh wine with pronounced aromas of grapefruit, blackcurrant, strawberry, and lime. Refreshing and elegant – the perfect start to any wine experience.
Pošip – An elegant white wine with notes of apple, apricot, grapefruit, and pistachios, with mild floral and herbal tones. A varietal with character, a true ambassador of Dalmatian terroir.
Maraština – A creamy, well-rounded golden-colored wine with notes of dried fig and flowers, perfectly expressing the terroir of Ravni Kotari.
Served with a cold platter: Three-year aged Dalmatian prosciutto, Pancetta, Nin šokol (traditional cured meat from Nin), Cow cheese, Pag cheese
