About the experience

Set off on a flavorful journey through the Adriatic, where the sea meets tradition in every dish. This culinary experience is thoughtfully crafted to showcase the soul of Dalmatian coastal cuisine, featuring fresh, local seafood and time-honored homemade specialties. Begin with a fresh octopus salad, served alongside marinated and salted anchovies. Our extra virgin olive oil, paired with seafood bites, sets the tone for a delicious journey. The highlight is our seafood peka, a traditional dish slow-cooked under an iron lid. This version features stuffed calamari cooked with garden vegetables, potatoes, and fragrant local herbs. A true taste of the sea and tradition, prepared with heart and simplicity.

What exactly is included

Welcome Aperitif – homemade brandies, almonds and walnuts in sugar, dried figs
Olive Oil – three varieties of award-winning extra virgin olive oil
Cold Starter – salted and marinated anchovies, cheeses, homemade olives, sun-dried organic tomatoes
Warm Starter – pasta with Adriatic shrimp
Main Course – stuffed calamari under the peka with potatoes and vegetables, with seasonal salad

If you think you might have trouble finding the exact location, do not worry. Upon booking confirmation we will deliver exact coordinates to your email address. In your voucher you will receive instructions on how to reach the location correctly, as well (if provided by the host).
