Discover the richness of our region’s heritage through a tasting of three exceptional extra virgin olive oils, each carefully selected for its award-winning quality and distinct character. To awaken your palate, enjoy a cold starter of salted and marinated anchovies, local cheese, sun-dried organic tomatoes, and house-marinated olives. The main event is a beautifully grilled fish—choose between sea bass or gilthead bream—cooked over open flames to perfection, locking in its natural juices and delicate flavors. Accompanying the fish are seasonal grilled vegetables, tender boiled potatoes drizzled with fragrant olive oil, or fresh Swiss chard, all sourced locally and prepared with care. A crisp seasonal salad adds a refreshing balance. Join us for this memorable feast.

What exactly is included

Welcome Aperitif – homemade brandies, almonds and walnuts in sugar, dried figs
Olive Oil Tasting – three varieties of award-winning extra virgin olive oil
Cold Starter – salted and marinated anchovies, cheese, sun-dried organic tomatoes, olives

If you think you might have trouble finding the exact location, do not worry. Upon booking confirmation we will deliver exact coordinates to your email address. In your voucher you will receive instructions on how to reach the location correctly, as well (if provided by the host). Some agencies will let you pick among several pick-up locations or pick you at the specific location of your own choice (e.g. your apartment).
