This one is something special! Besides wine tasting of our awarded wines (two white wines plus three red wines) you will have beefsteak and rib eye steak prepared for you by the winemaker, the chef, the founder of our family winery - Trifun Poljak himself. Steaks are procured from the local butcher and aged in sauce for three to four weeks so they represent a perfect basis and a food to pair with our wines, especially red ones! Of course, this experience includes an appetizer as well - local prosciutto and famous cheese from the island of Pag. With this wine experience you will certainly find out how good wines from the sunny vineyards of Zadar hinterland really are, and how quality red meat emphasizes their flavours!
