About the experience
We take you for a wine tasting in this small, but already famous Degarra winery at the outskirts of Zadar city. This winery has started its journey in 2012. and has since been dedicated to small batches and exclusive production - of now around 35.000 bottles annually. Their name has been derived from the famous garage wines movement in France during 80-s. This philosophy of traditional methods production and focus on the quality is what drives their winemaking business forward as they follow their dream. In their tasting room decorated with style you will taste 3 or 5 red, white, rose and sparkling wines paired with local prosciutto, Pag cheese, olive oil and olives, Ninski šokol (special local ham from the city of Nin), famous buđola ham and some other delicacies.
