Paška Sirana is one of the oldest and most renowned cheese producers on the island of Pag, Croatia. Established in 1946, this dairy is famous for its award-winning Paški sir, a hard sheep's milk cheese known for its rich, complex flavor. The unique taste comes from the island’s rugged terrain, where sheep graze on aromatic herbs covered in sea salt carried by the strong Bora wind.
