Hrvatske vinarije svjedoče o stoljetnoj vinarskoj tradiciji zemlje. Posjetitelji mogu šetati slikovitim vinogradima, uživati u vođenim degustacijama i saznati više o autohtonim sortama grožđa poput Plavca Malog i Pošipa. Mnoge vinarije organiziraju večere s uparivanjem vina i hrane, glazbene događaje te kulturne festivale koji slave spoj vina i hrvatske baštine.
Naša priča
Sever Winery is a distinguished family-owned vineyard located in Klanjec, within the picturesque Krapina-Zagorje County of northern Croatia. The Sever family cultivates a variety of grape types. Their portfolio includes well-known varieties such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Graševina (Welschriesling), Pinot Grigio, and Rhine Riesling. Notably, they are recognized for their dedication to the indigenous Croatian grape variety called Sokol, which is distinguished by its robust skin and was traditionally consumed as a table grape.
