Prenj Mountain (Full Day Hike)

After a 45-minute drive, we reach the starting point at 1000 m elevation and begin our ascent into the pristine Prenj mountain range. The route first winds through dense highland forest before opening into a broad alpine valley, offering beautiful view points of Prenj’s most iconic summits. We continue toward Zelena Glava (2155 m), the mountain’s highest point, and Otis (2098 m), capturing striking panorama shots and experiencing unobstructed views of the surrounding Bosnian mountain landscapes. After enjoying a summit lunch and a well-earned rest, we descend via an alternative path past Mountain Hut Jezerce and the picturesque Lasni Do valley, allowing us to discover even more of Prenj’s rugged beauty.
