O doživljaju

This 8 hours long tour is all about discovering gastronomy, history and culture of towns such as famous Motovun, Grožnjan and Poreč. You will learn more about Istrian people and the things they have lived through, dishes they eat and the lifestyle they lead. Get to know the difference between life on the coast and the hinterland - customs, people, and food. We will walk through the charming stone streets of Poreč, built by the Romans in the 1st century BC, where you will feel true coastal city magic in Istria. In order to try the magical ingredient that marked the gastronomy of the Istria, we will visit one of the main producers of truffles in the area. Lunch (not included in the price of the trip) will be eaten at the inn (konoba) where food comes from the owner's garden.

You have possibility to pay for the following at the spot: optional local wine tasting - 12€/pp; entrance to the Euphrasius basilica in Poreč - 7€/pp; local truffle shop products, extra drinks. approx. 50€/pp. This itinerary includes pick up in Rovinj, Poreč or Pula - you just have to write in the message when booking. Also, please write if you need me to pick you up from a different location in Istria or have a larger group. Infants must sit on laps. Not recommended for pregnant travelers.
