Our journey with olive oil began over 15 years ago on a piece of land once devastated by fire, nestled near the sea. Today, we are proud to be taking care of over 15,000 olive trees, crafting four monovarietal extra virgin olive oils and two exquisite blends. To truly immerse yourself in our journey as olive oil producers and discover the wisdom we’ve gained from our land, trees, and the art of olive oil making, there’s no better way than to participate in a guided Oio Vivo olive oil tasting.
