Start your morning in Split gathering ingrediants to cook a traditional Croatian meal for lunch with our professional and award-winning chefs. Meet us at the Split's famous Green Market where we will buy the most fresh ingredients for our meal at 9:00a.m. Then stroll through the old city to the fish market with us. Along the way, our chefs will tell you about the history, culture, and the philosophy of Dalmatian cuisine. With our fresh ingredients in hand, we make our way back to the kitchen to prepare our meal. Here, we open a bottle of wine to help the creative juices flow as our master chefs guide you through a step-by-step process for creating your own Croatian meal, which you will be able to enjoy after. It is our hope that you will walk away not only full and satisfied, but also with a deeper appreciation for Dalmatian cuisine and our Croatian culture.
