O doživljaju

Hills, forests and meadows of Momjan area are home to vines, indigenous varieties of grapes, plants and fruits from which we lovingly produce our wines and liqueurs. During this tasting at San Mauro, you will taste 3 to 5 different white & red wines, with 2 liqueurs and great local snacks. Wine cellar tour is a must then. We emphasize that we produce with special attention those wines from autochthonous varieties - Malvasia, Teran and Muscat Momjanski (dessert wine which we make in 4 highly unique variants), but we also adore our Chardonnay. In addition, we make over 40 types of liqueurs from local resources such as various aromatic herbs, lemongrass, honey, teran grape variety, etc. It is up to you to choose your ideal combination and enjoy the benefits of Istrian nature.

For us, wine is a project started by nature and completed by man. The altitude of 200 to 350 meters allows the combination of hilly areas, flysch soil and microclimate to create the ultimate prerequisites for the vine and its hand-picked fruits to produce excellent wines from the Istrian region. All this takes place under the watchful eye of us two brothers, oenologist Patrik and nutritionist Sergej and of course our parents Dora and Libero.
