Hiking adventure & local food tasting in Karin near Zadar

O iskustvu

The adventure starts at 10:15 on our secluded ranch, full of medicinal herbs, olives and flowers but also a home for goats & chickens. It provides magic for all of your senses! First, you will try cheese and prosciutto from local producers, our goat milk and taste homemade brandy to cheer up a bit. We will then walk to Karišnica river to get acquainted with the natural and cultural resources there - trees, birds, old mills... with a short story about everything we visit and encounter. Depending on the season we will also go swimming or focus more on bird watching. At the end of the tour we will return to the ranch for a lunch - homemade stew, with or without meat. Local wine or juice is then a must! After that, we will play traditional bowling or embark for another hike in the area.
