O iskustvu
As you arrive to our tasting room, you will be greeted with a liqueur of your own choice as a welcome drink/aperitif. Olive oil tasting will then serve as an appetizer, as you will try three different extra virgin olive oils paired with our local prosciutto, hard cheese, homemade bread, tuna pâté and olives. We will then take you on a guided tour of the basement, to get a bit more about us and prepare for the main course. Which is a codfish, or mollusk salad (depending on your choice). With meals you will have two glasses of wine (red/white/rosé) and water, while we will also tell you a short story about each wine we produce. As a dessert we will serve homemade cake which you can enjoy alongside your digestive - liqueur or brandy you choose.
