In this tour you will be taken by a local guide to three really special wineries in Zadar area - chosen by us as local experts. First stop is family farm producing wine & olive oil in Ljubač near Zadar, that will offer complete wine tasting and gastro experience including lunch. They have been awarded multiple times for their wines and extra virgin olive oils. Second short stop for a glass of wine by your choice is at Royal Vineyards winery in Petrčane near Zadar - to admire the famous view from the vineyards planted on the land owned by the Croatian king Petar Krešimir IV back in the 11th century. Final stop is at boutique family winery in Zadar for a guided tasting of 5 wines and 2 liqueurs served with Dalmatian snacks: bacon, dry-cured ham, cheese and anchovies. Duration: 5-6 hours.

• First stop at a family farm in Ljubač near Zadar: welcome liqueur of your own choice, olive oil tasting (three different extra virgin olive oils) as an appetizer, paired with the local prosciutto, hard cheese, homemade bread, tuna pâté and olives; guided tour of the basement; main course (lunch) - codfish, or mollusk salad (depending on the choice), meat (veal) or even octopus baked under famous "peka"; wine tasting as a central part of this experience: three glasses of awarded wine (red/white/rosé) and water, with a story about wines and the winery - white wine: Debit and Maraština blended with Ugni Blanc / Trebbiano, red wine: made out of Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon and rosé wine made out of local autochtonous variety Plavina; dessert - homemade cake to enjoy alongside the digestive - liqueur or brandy
• Second stop at Royal Vineyards for a breathtaking views and a glass of wine + photoshooting. Their Pošip Prestige was awarded gold medal at this year's Decanter awards and their Pošip Barrique bronze medal at this most important wine awards competition globally!
• Final stop at a local boutique winery in Zadar for a guided tasting of 5 wines and 2 liqueurs served with Dalmatian snacks: bacon, šokol, (dry-cured ham), cheese and anchovies
• One bottle of wine as a gift per person is included
• Possibility to buy other products at each winery (wine, olive oil, liqueurs, brandies...)
