On this 2-hour walking food tour, your local guide leads you through the heart of the old town, stopping at five spots to taste the best of the region. You'll begin with coffee and focaccia filled with Dalmatian prosciutto and škuta, a fresh local cheese most visitors never find. Then come dried figs — sun-sweet and deeply Dalmatian — paired with sharp Pag sheep cheese from an island that looks out of this world. Halfway through, you'll try fritule, small golden doughnuts scented with citrus zest that appear at every Croatian celebration. To finish: fresh fried fish, simple and perfect, with olive oil and a glass of local wine.
