Zadar Full Day Sailing Excursion

O doživljaju

This great excursion has visit to the beautiful Telašćica Nature Park at its core. We start our cruise from Zadar marina at 9:00 am and cruise through Zadar canal towards the island of Dugi otok. On the way there you'll be able to see a part of the National park Kornati. We enter Telašćica and dock near the salt lake Mir. The area is rich with flora and fauna, and within Telašćica there is a donkey reserve with Croatian autochthonous breed living there. You will have free time for lunch, swim, walk along coast side, to see unique stone sculptures and visit cliffs and experience one of the most beautiful views on the Adriatic. We continue our cruise towards small cove for more swimming. On the way back our skipper will introduce you with the basics of sailing. We arrive back at 6:00 pm.

Zašto je ovaj doživljaj autentičan

The bay of Telašćica is located on the south-eastern part of the Dugi Otok Island. The name Telašćica derives from Latin Telagus which means three lakes what implies on three smaller bays within the wider area of the Park. Telašćica is the largest and best protected natural harbor on the eastern coast of the Adriatic. There are five islets in the bay of which the most extraordinary is the islet of Taljurić that is actually a small rock slab.
