About the experience

We meet at the Pula city center and visit the green market for the best daily offer. Then we head for our family farm – Scuola, where we prepare the most popular pasta for this class, notably fuži and pljukanci, which we normally serve with another local delicacy - žgvacet, a slow-cooked chicken or beef stew. However, it may also be served with mushrooms, homemade sausages, tomato salsa, or our personal favorite, wild asparagus - whatever suits your fancy and is available at the green market. Scuola is our cooking studio with a maximum capacity of 15 people. It is in Goran’s olive grove, 15 minutes away from Pula by car. In case of bad weather or in cold months, the capacity is maximum 6 people. This class is 6 hours long.

Location or meeting point

If you think you might have trouble finding the exact location, do not worry. Upon booking confirmation we will deliver exact coordinates to your email address. In your voucher you will receive instructions on how to reach the location correctly, as well (if provided by the host). Some agencies will let you pick among several pick-up locations or pick you at the specific location of your own choice (e.g. your apartment). This is why they have your phone number and you have theirs - so you can easily arrange this over the phone.

Remarks

On Sundays we charge 25% extra directly on the spot (on the price you can see here). All our programs are free of charge for children 0-6 years. For a surcharge the class can also include preparation of pasta with truffles.
