Wine tours in Istria: Wine and truffle

In the morning, we are going to visit a truffle hunting family in Central Istria, we'll go for a truffle hunt with dogs, and eat a three-course truffle-based lunch (starters, main and dessert). The afternoon is set aside for a visit to two wineries in Central Istria. It is possible to include a visit to a boutique winery that produces stellar sparkling wines that are available to taste and purchase only through its doors, depending on the availability of the winemaker.

we can organize pick-up/drop-off anywhere in Istria county (it is also possible to organize transfer from Rijeka or Opatija for additional fee of 60 EUR for 2-5 persons)
you'll learn about the history and the styles of winemaking in Istria, the indigenous grape varieties, soils and microclimates and basics of pairing with signature Istrian dishes.
