Naša priča
EatIstria was founded by Goran Zgrablić - food and wine aficionado and gourmet vagabond, owning a degree from Italian Sommelier Association. At EatIstria we simply adore local products and traditional cooking styles inherited from Istrian family. Istrian wine, olive oil, pasta, fish and other products is what you could describe as our passion.
Naša jedinstvena lokacija
Istria means food, Istria means wine. Italian and Austrian cuisine had an influence on our cooking, but great climate and tradition are what makes us unique as a true gourmet destination of Croatia. Here you can find perfect combination of rural and urban, busy and quiet, sea and land. Our trademarks are indigienous pasta (like fuži, pljukanci, Labinski krafi...), truffles, wild asparagus, olive oil, prosciutto and others. But don't forget to enjoy Malvasia and Teran wines, before everything!
