Our special breakfast or lunch menu retains original tradition and culture of Dalmatia, just as everything we have built and grown on our estate. We will welcome you with our homemade cherry or herbal brandy, before serving authentic Dalmatian barley soup with smoked pork meat. And then - authentic and rich buffet table. First, cured meat: award-winning prosciutto, bacon, salami, sausages, prosciutto pâté... Second, goat, cow and sheep cheese. Also, fish salad and seasonal salad. As a main dish you can choose among baked beans, scrambled eggs with finely chopped cured pork meat and seasonal dish. Warm homemade bread is a constant! The kitchen is open style and everything is prepared in front of you so you will be able to experience the whole process of preparing these delicious dishes.
